These are some of the most common questions you may have in regards to Skopelos Country Villas or Skopelos Island.

The answers below can help your booking process and trip planning for Skopelos! We try our best to include as many answers to some of the most Frequently Asked Questions.

CAN I BOOK WITHOUT A CREDIT / DEBIT CARD?

Yes you can! During the last step of your booking process, you can choose your method of payment:

  • Credit / Debit card,
  • Bank Transfer

Choose the ‘Bank Transfer’ option instead and proceed with the reservation. As soon as we receive your Booking info, we will email you with our banking details. 

Please note: your booking is not Confirmed until your wire transfer to us is cleared and confirmed with you. 

WHAT CARDS CAN I USE TO PAY FOR THE RESERVATION?

We accept:

  • Visa
  • Maestro/Master Card

The payment system we use to process your online card payments is Viva Wallet

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN?

Our Check-in time is from 15.30 – 23.30.

In the exceptional circumstance of arrival after 23.30, please notify us in advance so arrangements can be made.

HOW DO I CHECK-IN?

When it comes to your arrival at Skopelos Country Villas, there are no complicated processes. 

We will arrange to meet at a pre-defined and agreed place, where you can follow us to the premises. 

If you prefer to drive there yourselves, we will send you detailed directions.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-OUT?

Check-out time is from 10.30 

Kindly respect the preparation time needed to get our properties cleaned and ready for the next guest’s arrival. Later check-outs are subject to availability.

HOW CAN I CHECK-OUT?

Again, no complicated processes here either!

Kindly inform us in advance of your departure time. We will arrange for key drop-off.

IS THERE WI-FI AT THE PREMISES?

Yes, we do have Wi-Fi. Due to the location, however, don’t expect fibre connections – the internet speed is sufficient to cover most of your day-to-day needs. 

IS THERE CLEANING IN BETWEEN MY STAY?

When you make a reservation, you will notice a €50 one-time cleaning fee. This is for the initial cleaning of the villa (for when you arrive). 

In addition, we also provide one more cleaning service for you, free of charge and depending on the number of nights you’re staying (6 or more nights).

For any additional cleaning services, please let us know so we can arrange it. 

IS OUR PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL SERVICED?

Yes, you won’t have to do anything for the swimming pool, (apart from just swiping away surface leaves with the pool netting we provide).
